Service Action H494 - 2021 F-Pace

Hi, did anyone receive this "Service Action H494 - PIVI Vehicle Shared Secret Decryption" notice dated June 30, 2021? Does anyone understand what this is for and did anyone have the service performed at the dealer? Thanks!
