Service - Software re-download and AC fix
Hi All
Just want to report back that I had two service issues fixed this week, and happy with the result.
1. - I had the freezing on the infotainment, and the un-pairing of my iphone twice, randomly. Brought it in for service in NJ, and it is working fine now, in fact very well.
2. - Brought in the car also for AC randomly turning "humid", i.e. blowing warm air randomly. They took the compressor out, and retrofit a new part sent from Jaguar. Took it out tonight and not an issue any longer. I also understand that concurrently another forum member was getting the same AC service.
I must admit that Jaguar is on top of it's game, and the service was awesome. Very pleased with the outcome, and although you could take the position that this shouldn't happen, I am of the position that it did, it is a new and advanced machine, and it is fixed and back to working properly as intended.

Good Luck with the update and cable? Why the cable?

Sorry, was on the French version on my IPad. I don't know which cable they are talking about. I have to get in touch with the service manager..

I got the update but when trying to pair my cellphone again and it indicated the Jaguar XF and not the F-Pace. Is it the wrong update ? Discovered the reverse camera video is more distorted then prior to update. The POV image is also different on the reverse camera. Not happy about this !
