Stiff steering

Stiff steering
Hey guys, just got my F-Pace S 3.0 v6 diesel MY2017.
It runs on 22" wheels and steering feels quite stiff, i dont think that power steering is out completely (as i imagine it would be very hard to drive then), but it sure feels like a gym in there.
As i understand power steering is electric on F-Pace (no pump or reservoir under bonnet) so where should i start investigating ?
I connected SDD but did not find any faults at first glance, i also dont have any errors on dash. Auto park and lane keep assist also work as they should.
On another note, steering column also doesnt adjust in any way, but i dont think these 2 issues are related or are they?
