Default Wipers "jumping" on their way back

On my new F-Pace I have noticed that the wiper arms look cheap/not firm enough.
The problem is that wipers tend to jump/judder on their way back.
Anyone else had this problem ? Can it be solved ?

Try waxing your windshield or use a RainX product. Should help with stuttering wipers.

I will give it try. The car is new, but it has been displayed in the showroom for about a year or so, maybe the wipers got old.

The glass/wipers have oil or something on them. You can either wash the window/wipers with dawn dish soap and try to get them really clean or you can try rainex or wax. I have not tried on my jag. But rainex confused the auto wiper settings on my cayenne. The Auto sensor is optical and the rainexing the window didnt allow the drops to form correctly so the wipers were alway running too fast. I would try dawn first, since you can alway add rainex to a clean window.
