Default clunky wiper blades ? can i change em?

Hello everyone I'm sure I'm not the only one that hates the fact that when you look at your windshield you see those ugly big clunky wipers and the blades instead of you're beautiful Hood with the Bulge so I was wondering if I can change out my wiper blades and the arm I have a 2010 xfr and I would love to look at the Powerbulge instead of looking at those ugly windshield wipers so I was thinking do they make a Slimmer blade or a wiper arm can you interchange that with maybe a 2013 or 14 any suggestion would be great I'm sure somebody on your has changed their wiper blades and the arm so they don't see that unsightly ugly wiper blade please let me know if you have any suggestions at all thank you

Yes, you can change them for the conventional "frame" style of wiper blade which will be not quite as bulky as the OEM "beam" style.
But they won't work anywhere near as well and they will probably be fairly cheap and nasty "universal fit".

1 I guess I can go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts or Pep Boys and just ask them for a universal armed I don't even know if they sell them there where would I get the arm that's the lower profile

Drive to the store, remove one of your existing wiper blades, and take it into the store to show them. Might be best to practice removing one first at home. Maybe also ask if the attendant can come outside to look at your car to see the wiper blade attachment method. I *think* it is the fairly standard "hook on the end of the wiper arm" set-up, I know my F-Type is. That way they will know exactly what type of mount/connection you need.
You want an 18" and a 24" blade for the XF.
See this Rock Auto page for a list of XF wiper blades:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...per+blade,8852
Nearly all of them are the beam (bulky) type, but the top two cheapies are "frame" style.
You never know, the auto parts store might have "thin" beam style wiper blades in just the right lengths and mount style for you.
