The F-Type is a 8 year old car model now, so I was wondering if anyone has compiled a checklist of things that should go wrong, or should get replaced after a certain mileage?
I thought that such information could be useful when buying a 2.0/3.0L F-Type to get an feel of how the car was used, or whether everything was done on time...
Looking forward to everyone's replies.

#1: Keep the battery(s) charged!!!!!!
#2 Follow the maintenance chart in the owner's handbook that comes with the car. Remember, there is a MILES or MONTHS interval.
If you don't have an F yet, the maintenance chart is on the Forum,
I think on this pinned Topic:

Also in the pinned area is this:

And in some markets you can login to https://osh.jaguar.com and download the schedules specific to your VIN.Originally Posted by Carbuff2

Yep, getting the VIN, checking the service schedule and possibly the car's service history in the online service history using scm's link above is a good idea. I presume you'll buy a car from Germany unless you find one in Poland, and the OSH is definitely used for German sold cars.

I'm sad this isn't for the R, because I now have a running list like that in my head. At this point, for the other models, I think my list would look something like:
1. Buy CPO
2. Buy CPO
3. ...

3. ...
