Default 2017 SVR Deal?

Fellow F Type members, I'm "considering" this SVR and would like some input on the price, not to mention the color... https://www.jaguarreno.com/inventory...wj6j8xhmk42346

Thanks in advance...

LOVE the Blue, although it's hardly understated. Of course nothing about any of these cars is, regardless of the color. [That shade of] Blue is just a screamer. I guess the only question is can you live with it (being SO bold). I can hear Kramer from Seinfeld saying, "oh, I can live with it".

Price sounds OK - a bit over 10% off sticker - not that I'd be a good judge about that. Others better qualified to chime in on that.

Separately and I know you didn't ask - and I know this from the Forum and having seen an SVR at my dealer - but while the SVR is stunning I'm quite disappointed that there's no flat-bottom steering wheel! I think Jaguar blew that on this beast. My 2-cents.

Good luck.

I got this price in February for an R including chase finance. Perhaps you can do another 4-5% being that this is now a leftover

Stunning color - Firesand used to be my favorite color, this is my new favorite.

Color is beautiful...I'd buy it just for that!

If they still have Jaguar $5k and $1k customer cash on '17 you may still have some more room. Their sister dealer in Vegas has been very tight on price for left overs. They don't have an SVR!

Absolutely stunning car. I would haggle a little bit on the price but I wouldn't let it get away from me as these are not like Ford Mustangs(on every street corner) which is why we like the Jags.

The SVR isn't limited edition or anything. Don't fall for any BS if they try to mark it up. It is a production car just like the other F-Types.

They may still negotiate from there. OP should consider shopping nationwide and shipping.

The dealer may still negotiate from there. Hopefully no hidden info, like it has 10 k miles. Post some photos if you pull the trigger.

I don't know about Reno, but I negotiated better numbers on an SVR. I'd be pushing closer to 20% off.
