Default 4th Catalytic Convertor Replacement in 25K miles

Just took my 2016 V6S in for the 4th time after getting a check engine light with a P0430 Code for a faulty catalytic convertor, Had my third replacement about 2 months ago, Have driven the car for 13k Miles and exactly 1 year as of this last Saturday. I know I've spoke about the Cat-back exhaust system being replaced 5 times already and no one can seem to answer why the valves keep on getting seized or malfunctioning.

The Cats have also been an ongoing issue from the first week I've had the car I got a flashing engine light and it led to both Bank 1 and 2 cats being replaced, about 3 months after that it happened again, then 2 months ago and now today. My dealer is absolutely clueless saying they have never seen anyone go through this many Cats or exhaust systems and telling me to open a claim with Jaguar NA. Because this was a CPO I can't lemon law the vehicle but reaching out for help on the forums once again in hope that someone may know a little bit more or How I can reach Jag NA and actually get a response to this issue. Like I've stated countless times I love this car but I leave for college in a few months and Can't afford to be dealing with these issues anymore.

Have someone measure the AFR with a sniffer at the tailpipe. Burning up catalyst and coking up exhaust valves....sure sounds like you’re running rich. Might be one or more bad injectors.

I've thought that it was running rich and even told the dealer but they claim there computers would show if the Injectors were bad or if it was running richer then supposed too, do you think this has to with the overrun from the exhaust? I wouldn't want to loose my lovely pops and bangs. I feel like it can't be too complicated of a fix, but after so many times in for the same issue I would have thought they figured it out, these are trained Jaguar Techs after all. It is possible though, my exhaust gets covered in soot a lot of faster then I think is normal or ever see on other F-types, its also burned the paint on my rear valance twice already and ruined the paint on the whole rear bumper.

I suspect their computers are relying on calculated metrics to determine AFR. Far better to use an old school sniffer to measure actual combustion products. Burnt paint and any soot at all is not to be expected under any normal circumstances. You are definitely running far too rich. Take the car to another dealer that has a real master mechanic (as opposed to a computer technician) on staff.
