60 to 120 Highway Pulls w/ Dragy Timer
Got a chance to do some some highway pulls today on a pretty desolate parkway in my 2017 SVR. It was 65 degrees outside at 638 ft above sea level with a DA of 1246ft and I had already been cruisin about 80 mph for 30 mins or so before I was able to clear traffic and get some flat straights. This was my first time doing these with the VAP crank pulley, tune, and VAP 200 cell cats and down pipes. All of these were done by manually shifting in dynamic mode and shifter in sport. The three fastest times were 6.89, 6.93, and 7.08 seconds. Anyone else done any pulls like this to compare with??
You almost had me saying warranty be damned I need to VAP my car now lol. I was looking at my 0-120 time instead of 60-120.
My best 60-120 is 7.81 seconds. 2016 AWD R Bone stock, 68F, 14 below sea level, 379 DA.
You def have a solid improvement on my times. Did you manage any pulls to 130?
I think the margin there would be even more substantial.

Thank you for giving me that info. I was wondering how it stacked up to a stock R or SVR as I never did any timed stuff before doing the mods. I didn't have any 60 to 130's on purpose. I am really interested in finding out what the very best 0 to 60 time I can get in this car but have yet to find a good road to do it on where there is little to no traffic, its flat, and safe. Jaguar advertised it at 3.5 seconds but I have read at least a couple of reviews where they were able to beat that by a couple of tenths bone stock recording a 3.3 second run. I'm thinking a 3 flat with the modifications I have done as well as the wheels/tires would be pretty damn impressive. That is where this car will really shine I think, from a dig on just regular street surfaces where my modified Redeye WB Hellcat just blows the tread off the tires.
