Default Air Conditioner Issue

So my wife is on a road trip in our new F-Type and she started to notice the brake and accelerator pedal are soaking wet as well as the carpet around them. Seems the condensation from the AC is dripping so bad it is soaking the drivers side carpets. Anyone else having this issue? It is going into the shop today to get looked at.. I will post the technicians findings....

most likely a clog or the line came off, let us know. Some XK models had that issue badly.

So came back from a 1,600 trip to Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Was always over 90 degrees with suffocating humidity. Experienced once the drip. This happened when I forgot to turn off the AC when we opened the top.

With high temps AND high humidity running the AC with the top down will certainly lead tot the drip issue. I am not sure that was your issue. Obviously if you open the top and run the AC with high humidity the AC has no chance to catch up, will run like crazy, the entire system and lines will get super cold and in turn the high humidity will condensate everywhere and it will start to drip. I have not experienced that with the top up no matter how hot or muggy it was outside. When the top is down you can only run the fan not the AC. You may be able to run the AC in California or the Mid West but no the Lower East coast or South during the hot, muggy months with the top down.
