Allow Me To Introduce...
My dear friend Ron McIntyre.
With the addition of two new F-Type forum members—Brad [bradski] and Anthony [bertnd]—being in Maine I suggested to Ron that he might also want to sign up. Which he has.
By way of an introduction, Ron is the General Sales Manager of Jaguar Land Rover Scarborough—naturally in Scarborough, Maine—and both he and his wife have become close friends of me and my wife. (Let’s just say we’ve shared lots of laugh and food!). Ron is here purely as a car enthusiast and not as the General Sales Manager of Jaguar Land Rover Scarborough.
Having said that, I am sure we all would love to have someone of his knowledge, experience (over 30 years), skill, and—most importantly—enthusiasm.
And before we set up an “Ask Ron” column—much as I love that idea—and since he’s privy to information within the company which we all might like to hear, I do think having Ron here is a wonderfully valuable addition to the Forum, regardless of what he can and cannot tell us. Particularly given the apparent shift at Jaguar Headquarters towards [all] electric vehicles.
So ladies and gentlemen of the Jaguar F-Type Forum, please welcome warmly, my good friend, Ron McIntyre.

Welcome sir! Glad to have you as an enthusiast and a resource, but just to ensure there is no funny business, please send me a PM with your contact info so I may purchase some DEEPLY discounted F-Type parts and accessories.....you know...as a good faith gesture. I need to stockpile parts to ensure I never approach carbon neutrality.
Welcome Ron! Jay speaks very highly of you each night before his medication kicks in and we wheel him back to his room. So much so that I may have to make the trek from MA to ME to get my car serviced.
Welcome Ron! As — I’m guessing — the most recent purchaser of a F-Type from your dealership, I must say that I will very much appreciate your knowledge and experience in this forum. You run a truly great operation in Scarborough, and I very much appreciate the buying I had!

JLR Scarborough has been referenced with high accolades by several members on this forum. I respect those members. I look forward to my annual sojourn from St Georg, Utah for servicing....I am LOYAL to JLR Las Vegas but my service visits have been in the $1K's....Can't stay away from the casinos!! LOL... Welcome Sir.
Marko, thank you ! It was a pleasure meeting you and your wife as well. I look forward to seeing you again in the future. Whether Jay hosts another event or not! HA!!!!!!
