Another Rattle Thread

Hey Guys. Searched through the 'rattle' threads and haven't seen a solution for this one. Heck, I can't even pinpoint where the rattle is coming from.

2014 V6 S Convertible. Rattle on the passenger side. Only occurs when the roof is closed. Doesn't matter if someone is in the passenger seat or not. Does not appear to be seatbelt related nor stereo related. I've had multiple people sit and listen and with the sound reverberating, it's so hard to pinpoin. But assume it's something to do with the door alignment as it's fine when the roof is open, but rattles like crazy when closed.

Any ideas, tips or suggestions?

EDIT: this was on my my16, and I remember being able to tap lightly on the plastic and hear it click/rattle.

I'd be surprised if that was the case as the roof surely doesn't provide any stiffening to the body? I'd favour it to be something in the latching mechanism area.
