Default Any Tips on Replacing High Pressure Fuel Pump(s)?

Hello all,

My 2014 F-Type Base has a noisy rear high pressure fuel pump that I need to replace. I didn't see any DIY posts on this but I do have the service manual and have reviewed the procedure. It seems a bit complicated so I am wondering of someone who has done this job has any "lesson's learned" or tips that they would like to share.

Thanks in advance!

I thought the 2 hi pressure fuel pumps were mounted on the engine as they are gear driven off the engine? The rear pump is just a low pressure supply pump that is electrically operated?

Correct...I am referring to the rear one of the two with the #1 high pressure fuel pump in the front position and the #2 in the rear position. I could have just said the #2 pump : )
