Default Best indoor cover for a (almost) black car?

Anyone found an indoor cover they like? I'm not having any luck finding a cover without elastic - want something I can gently set on my Stratus Grey beast that won't put fine scratches sliding on and off.

Despite being garaged, my car was sitting for just over 2 weeks and the dust was pretty bad. I guess the other option is to get DI or R/O water for the hose and give a light rinse each time.

What's everyone else doing with their jags, black or otherwise?

Best option I can find so far online is the Covercraft Tan Flannel Indoor cover at approximately $275, guess I could snip the elastic at the ends.

Otherwise, thinking of going low budget and getting a couple flannel sheets to set on top of the car...

I bought the welsh British flag cover from a forum member but haven't used it yet as my car is now out of its holding ceiling. It's a light cottoning material.

If you've a garage that's very dusty. I'd do two things. Paint the floor and use an external cover. We used to use an indoor cover in a dusty barn but all that cover did was just filter out the larger dirt particles. An outdoor cover doesn't allow any dust through

I bought my indoors "custom fit for the F-type" car cover here:

http://www.specialisedcovers.com/car-covers

I use it during winter storage, and quality, material and fit is superb. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I have this one, although it does have the elastic around the bottom. I don't find it a problem. If going to sit for more than a few days I will cover it. Got to like Amazon Prime.

Covercraft custom fit

i've got the covercraft formfit for indoor storage (the car is covered 100% of the time not being used) and love it. super soft & easy to put on & take off (30 sec max). it does have elastic along the bottom, which i like, but it has never caused an issue.

it eliminates 98% of the dust. there is a little dust, essentially from the process of taking the cover off. i simply use a no-water based car wash spray, along with a very soft dusting wand and i'm good to go. brake dust is the biggest enemy!

I would get one that protects against dings.

I have this one:

Prestige + Car Cover

It is thick enough to protect against minor dings and scratches, and the inside is made of a microfiber cloth that is very gentle to the Paint.

Very happy with it - high quality.

Arne,

That is quite customizable. I choose the options I'd like and ran the price up to £517! Nice looking with stripes.
