Hi Marc,

Did they remove the window trim to wrap the chrome?

In my case they did not. Wrapped over it while it was still on the car

Thanks. Does it look like a factory job? Can you see cut marks, joins or incomplete coverage?

My Porsche was delivered from the dealer with no front plate so I never put one on. It’s required by law here in Texas. I lasted about four years. Got pulled over for speeding (72 in a 60) and they added no front plate to my ticket. Had it on the last few years.

No plate on the Jaguar from the dealer, so I’ll see how long I last this time.

It’s pretty well done. If you’re very particular you’ll notice minor spots where you can tell the vinyl was trimmed with a razor (like in the rounded corner toward the rear window).
But for the price difference of buying the black trim from the factory or the extra labor to remove the existing trim and fully wrap it, I think it’s worth it.

Nup, they are the "Blade" wheels, same as I have. The wheels themselves are alloy (some debate over whether they are cast or forged but I reckon they are cast) and the carbon bits are real carbon fibre, held on by two screws/bolts on each.

I usually don't like white cars but you really hit it out of the park with your mods. Well done!

Thanks. Didn’t realize those were the blade wheels. I was hoping Jag had come out with CF wheels finally.
