Bumper Reinstalled Wrong?

Bumper Reinstalled Wrong?
I had my car wrapped when I got it and have been fixing their mistakes ever since. I'm really hoping someone will tell me this isn't an issue but one side panel feels looser than the other. The point next to the vent on the driver side doesn't feel as solid and clipped in. Does anybody know if there is actually a clip there? I can't see between the panels but it flexes much more than the passenger side.

Assuming it is the front fender of the SVR. There should be two bolts on the top that you should be able to access easily with the hood open and two more bolts behind this piece that hold it in place. You have to move the fender liner away to access them.
The video above highlights this in his carbon fiber wrap mod at the 10 minute mark.

I'm having some PPF installed soon and to my knowledge they try to avoid removing things as much as possible due to the problems/headaches it can create...That's what they told me...
