Default Can a low battery cause fault codes?

I hope so...
My SVR engine light (orange) turned on yesterday morning. The car has done less than 1000 km in 3 months.
I drove it for about 80 km with absolutely no issues, went to the workshop and the diagnosis reported a few error codes. O2 sensor was the most worrying, but there were other codes which made no sense, related to components that are clearly working (headlamps, audio amplifier, door locks...).
They reset the codes and the engine light didn't turn on again (40 min driving and 3 start/stop).
I will keep it under observation and try to use it more in order to prevent discharge.
Did somebody have the same issue?

Thanks

Not had this on the F Type, but had that with my XF. Low battery caused all sorts of strange messages.

Yes, this can be an issue. A low battery should be shown in the display.
Try to recharge it with a c-tek or similar charger.

You bet it can! And low battery voltage is one of the major causes of complaints. The fault lies is the use pattern of the car: not enough use for long enough. This is why a huge number of owners use a CTEK battery minder to kep the battery at full charge...this is not a "Jaguar thing". Every luxury maufacturer from Aston Martin to Bentley to Mercedes, to Maserati, to Bugatti...and yes, Jaguar, market the basic CTEK unit under their own brand name.

When my battery went flat every module in the car raised a fault code.
