Engine codes P0174 and P1000 what does this mean
I had a check engine light on so I went to Auto Zone and they read the codes for me, at that time I had4 codes. P171,P173,P174 and P1000. They told me to change the plugs so I did. Cleared the codes and all was fine for 2 days. This morning the light came back on. I read the codes and I am down to 2 codes.
P0174 = Lean Bank 2
P1000 = Manifold control fuel, Air meter AUX and emisions control
when I cleared the faults this morning the P0174 clears but the P1000 does not however with the P0174 clear the light goes out. I know it will return.
Is this possibly a O2 sensor if so where does it live?
Any Ideas?

P1000 comes up all the time even if there are no other stored
fault codesso no need to worry about it.
Here is what you need to read concerning your other code:

Very common problem. NO it is NOT the O2 sensor so follow
the above info first.

Ah, agian, it is NOT an O2 sensor problem. The O2 sensor "reports" a lean condtion
because extra (unmeasured)air is entering the intake from bad IMT O rings or cracked
vacuum hoses. This problem has been well documented here and Certifed Jag Techs
have attested that it is not an O2 sensor problem and indeed is an air leak issue.
