40 years ago I thought it important to dress for the part, and I do dress differently now I drive a Jag, but age might have more to do with it. I'd better post a more up to date selfie.

 

I wear slippers and shorts in mine to go get coffee and run groceries, so I'm diluting the owners gene pool...

 

You never know what you are going to see in LA-LA land. There is a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf near me and every Sunday I see these sorry looking slovenly cigar puffing nearing-old-fartdom types who meet there with the most exotic cars I have ever seen. One of the guys has some super high end Porsche (Carrera GT?), another has some super high end Lambo or something, another has some Bentley. These guys really look like slobs and they spend hours defiling the air with their stinking cigars drinking coffee at the curbside looking at their virtual member enhancers.

Cool? I never think about it.
I am who I am - do what I do.

I like to think I'm respectful and kind to others and truly try to live my life that way, but frankly could give a sheet what people think about me.

If my kids grow up with the same values, respect for others and confidence in themselves - that, that would be cool.

P.S. - I'm blessed to coach a youth sports team. Last weekend one of the boys says "coach, those sunglasses look awesome on you" two other boys chime in "yeah" and "yeah they do". That was, and again I don't care what others think, but that was kind of cool too.
The innocence of 10yr. olds.

Most F-Type owners I suspect, already get this.

I don't get why looking like someone who poses to a camera for a living is better than looking like an engineer... I'll stick with the 'youngish, nerdy looking guy' look. It suits me

I shave my head (not by choice, balding) and I have a European accent and drive a Jag. All I need is an E-type and I can be like Jason, such a good actor....
