Tried my hand at vinyl wrap this weekend. What do you guys think of the color? Not 100% sold on the headlight tints and the yellow accents. Great project for those in quarantine :-) .

The green with yellow trim reminded me of Lister.

I do like that color, unsure about the accents, ‘no’ to the headlights.

Nice job, Mike! Your talents never cease to amaze.

The lower-edge accents would look better if they picked up the color of the wheels, IMO.

Now, you gotta change your signature...

Love the color, but like the others, not the yellow accents.

I’d love to swap out my FJ40 for a new Defender, but they’re not coming stateside.

You sure 'bout that?
Coz the Land Rover USA web site seems to say it is coming to your neck of the woods real soon: https://www.landroverusa.com/vehicle...der/index.html
And the pic posted by Q&C (which is copied from that web site) is definitely LHD.
Or has that damn virus and JLR plant shut downs scuppered it?

The colour matches the 'Vienna Green' that has not been around since 2006.
The Discovery 3 - I had to sell due to ludicrous taxation [ € 3500 roadtax pa]- was one of the last cars with this colour.

You may be right. It has not reached these shores yet but may eventually be on the way. However, I’m guessing no MT.

Jesus Lance, you are saying out loud my deepest thoughts.
I am considering the same thing privately, havent even told the misses who would be devastated.
You nailed it- This is the first car since the FJ40 designed with that lifetime ownership in mind.
Ironic, they invented the category, ultra durable go anywhere, do it all, but now using the Land Cruiser global penetration strategy.

They will have MT by my calculation. They have announced global commercial vehicles. I believe some markets will demand MT.

Never has JLR invested more in any car. Look at the Bond style films they shot. The car even has a soundtrack.
