Default Carbon pack. yay or nay?

Hey everyone! I'm new here and i wanted to some advice from fellow jaguar F type enthusiasts regarding the carbon pack. I am very close to purchasing a Caldera Red F type coupe v6s 2016 and I'm struggling between the look of the car with or without the carbon pack as they both look really nice.

If you guys have pictures of Red Ftypes with and without , it would help immensely!

The picture post thread at the top of the forum has gotten huge, but it has a ton of pictures. Work your way through that, and there's a good chance you'll find what you're looking for.

Also, you can peruse my Dropbox folder of pictures from the 2016 Lobster Run (back in May). We had a Salsa Red V6S vert (mine), a Caldera Red V8 vert (from Scarborough Jaguar), and a IRR V6 coupe. Plus others, of course. [These are all without. I don't recall the carbon pack, only the black pack.]

Go with the Black Pack, and just buy the mirror covers if you must have carbon weave on the car.

Given that they are purely cosmetic (and the carbon cloth appears to have been bonded on to the standard plastic components) they are overpriced.

I had cf vents on my XKR (minagallery aftermarket ones) and now I have the black vents on the f type. While I'd far prefer black vents to body coloured, they dont look as lush as the carbon fibre, which have the carbon pattern and a lovely gloss that you dont get on the plasticky black ones. Not complaining, but to me the carbon vents are an improvement on the black, though I dont know how much it would cost for the pack, and personally I'd live without the mirror covers (though that is just a matter of personal taste).

I have to say that the days of the black vents on mine are numbered, though I'd be hoping that Mina come out with some as their prices were less than half of Jag's.

Here is mine, IRR with black pack.
