Throwing a couple codes post y-pipe upgrade. P007D, which Google tells me, OBDII code P007D indicates a "Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor Circuit High (Bank 1)". i.e., something isn't plugged in correctly. P0238, which Google tells me, OBDII code P0238 signifies a "Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit High". i.e., something isn't plugged in correctly.
If anyone out there has seen these codes before and knows which sensor or plug I need to go looking for, I'd love to have that info the easy way. I'll also be searching online and in my 28,000 page pdf repair manual...
Just to prove I am doing my own homework, the boost pressure sensor appears to be the one circled in the photo below. It is fully plugged in, which makes me think I might have to consider the possibility that it's not just that I didn't seat the plugs fully when I put it back together, but that maybe there is something wrong with it that needs deeper investigation. Thoughts?
Ok - having trouble identifying the Charge Air Temp Sensor. Jaguar parts sites say it is #35 in this diagram:
But looking at that diagram, the location of the part on the Charge Air Cooler is ambiguous. Also, in the actual listing for that part, the shape of the part is ambiguous (as seen below), so I'm not even sure what I'm looking for.
All that to say - if anyone knows exactly what this air temp sensor looks like and/or where it is located, I'd love to hear from you.
