My 2014 F developed a minor but annoying rattle from the center vent console only when driving on textured roads. If you have the same thing, maybe this will work for you too?


Use a trim tool to tuck six half-inch pieces of electrical tape between the vent bottom and the console frame as shown above, three on each side. You can't tell a difference afterwards.
