There is a local Portland detailer that will do Opti-Coat including paint correction for $1400. From what I've read, Opti-Coat is 90% as good as 9H and will last 2+ years if car is kept indoors, much longer if always garaged.

I am all for turning over work to a pro, however if talking smaller problem areas like the Sils, wheels, or painted calipers - with guidance from videos - most competent DIY-ers should be able to handle it.
A pro would do paint correction and prep on a whole car and I'm sure they are worth the investment in their skill set.
