It's a 2015 and I bought it in February this year. So I'm guessing it was never done.

Ok...big retraction here. With a bit of patience, you can remove about 5% of the debris blinding a number of coolers. The front pan needs to be removed, the plastic grid supporting one of the coolers, as well, and the 2 cubic feet of debris removed. Any poking, prodding, blowing or vacuuming will at best remove about 5% and at worse, just pack it in tighter. Do it yourself or pay the dealer $80 during a regular annual service to do it for you. Unfortunately, I thought about taking pics after it was all cleaned out.
