I don't know how else to thank all involved, jag, dealer and manager Lucan Breedlove, I have just drove out with a brand new jag, because they couldn't fix a problem with my old(2014), I'm just so grateful....

Think that was a joke. I believe Masher has another thread on the car's issues. Nice to hear about a dealer that 'gets it'.

 

Columbia Jaguar is very good. Im actually going there today to trade in a 15 S for a 16 R. They've been very good with working with me. Hope to see you around Columbia.

 

Knocking noise,"tapping", from engine compartment, had several dealers look at it and got several different opinions.
Jaguar NA, gave me a control number and they stayed on it, but the last service manager( who no longer works for my company) told me it wasn't an issue because it didn't alter the cars performance....last time I knew, a part of performance was the purr of an engine at idle...
So alls well in my world, my advice to anybody having problems is have patience, and when that fails find some more patience...
