Default Cost of Replacing Side Vents and Window Trim

I bought a Rhodium Silver 2015 S a few weeks ago. The hood vents are black while the side vents are black but with some chrome as well. I really like the contrast of the black hood vents against the silver body color and I am toying with the notion of blacking-out the side vents and chrome window trim.

What are my options? Replace with Jaguar parts? Can these things be wrapped? Anyone know what pricing might look like installed?

People have wrapped the window surrounds but they have to wrapped in place. You need a skilled vinyl guy. They are tacked down by adhesive and a couple screws and any attempt to remove them will destroy them. The rear piece actually requires removal of the glass in order to get it off.

WoodTurner

Im looking to do the same thing on my new F-Type I just picked up. Its going in 2 weeks for Tint and Chrome Delete Wrap. Here was prices I was quoted.

Tint would be 255.00 for ATC and 355.00 for CTX. The CTX holds out about 40% more heat and is a ceramic product so its slightly thicker material. Most of our high end clients opt for the CTX.

Blackout of the window trim and side gills is 395.00 and 150.00 respectively.

Hope this helps. I will take some before and after photos if you want.

I had my heart set on the black trim, so I found one to buy that had it from the factory... Good luck, it sounds like a tricky job. I looks forward to seeing close-up photos of the results.
