Question Curb Rash Repair

Hey all,

Unfortunately have some curb rash on my wheels (from previous owner) and have tried to look passed it for long enough.
I would like to keep these original wheels but not sure where to bring it to get repaired or what normal pricing is for this kind of thing.
I'd probably do all four wheels just to make sure they color match but open to hear your wisdom!

Any recommendations in the So Cal area would be awesome as well.

I can't speak to what it would cost in CA but at the dealer in Charleston, SC the cost to repair and refinish a five spoke 20" wheel from my 2022 F-Type was $175.00 and the result was excellent. I suppose in CA you can at least triple or quadruple that but it would still be less than the cost of a new wheel which in my area is now around $1,800.

This is the way to go. I used them to repair one of my Gyrodyne wheels and they did a great job. Quick turnaround, also.

@SassySarah noted on the cost and hopefully I don't have to pay the California tax too heavily

@CarlB @Gearhead01 unfortunately that one is up in Santa Barbara but maybe could make a weekend out of it!
I also have the Gyrodyne wheels and want to keep them as authentic as possible, they look so good!

Try Alpha Auto Sports in Glendale. They can often repair the wheel while you wait. Cost is about $80 per wheel.

I just spoke with them and they quoted exactly what you said!
Going to bring the Jag over tomorrow and see what they can do.
