I believe this is a Photoshopped pic, looking at all of the mods on the car that I have never seen before (including those wheels).
Modulaire has some simlar wheels to those,forged, made to order, in many sizes, including 21". But they are a few $$$... about $6k/set delivered for the 21" Monoblock series.

Could be the VS12s or one of the Stance flow forged styles. Vertini has some similar in flow forged as do other companies.
