Blue ones are AC-LGD and supposedly for 2005-2015 all makes and models. The AC-LGD60 are grey and for 2018+ with amplified OEM systems. I would think the AC-LGD60 is more appropriate for out car but maybe the AC-LGD is more universal and a safer guess. You have the 380W system? perhaps that's why he suggested that version.

So, I remembered I had Matt's phone number last night. Yeah, the Matt in the video. I got it from our distributor at the store's open house.
I gave him a call and had a great conversation with him.
Because my car is a 2016, he does recommend the blue LGD.
Because John's is a 2020, he does recommend the -60.
In all cases, he recommends using the LGD in anything from 2005 up. It will make the system sound better, probably, and will certainly not make the system sound worse. They will help the factory amp not clip so early. They will prolong the life of the factory amp.
He said the LGD will definitely fix the interference that John is seeing on his O scope. And it should help with what I'm hearing. Fingers crossed. Mine arrive tomorrow.

I don't know what's specifically different back with the 2016 but I'm feeling like I should go with the -60 version, particularly since I have the 770W surround system.

Matt said 2016-2018 was a bit of a grey area and that every shop should stock all three. So they could see what works.
I you search on DIYMA you'll find installers using AC-LGD's on newer cars going into any aftermarket sound system.
PS, Matt suggested disconnecting the battery POS cable before installing the LGD's. Not because of a shorting risk but to give the Jag amp a chance to reset.
