You can do it yourself too...

Like Bill, I too experience the same noise. I tend to drive alone with my windows down, stereo loud, and in dynamic mode, so the noise is masked. But lately, I've had my wife in the car, windows up, and driving around in "wife mode," so I hear the popping nose and it becomes very annoying. I get the noise primarily on the driver's side C-pillar, and at times, both pillars. Noise occurs regardless of the temp outside, cold or hot engine. I have yet to take it in for service, b/c often times, I end up having more problems then when before I brought it in.
Would like to know how common an occurrence this is for fellow coupe owners (I'm not sure how to start a Poll Thread).

Looks like I'm in the minority--which is a good thing.
My local dealer is having a "Service Clinic" this coming Saturday for F-Type owners (or I guess anyone else relatively new to Jaguar). I just registered and plan to attend. Sounds like a good way to learn more about the car and the Jaguar brand. I plan to bring up the noise and some other minor issues like my rear diffuser which is slowly becoming unclipped.
