Gen 1 clutches installed on my car June 2015 (assembly) and August 2015 (reason: pressure plate exploded, no clutch disengagement)
Gen 2 clutch installed March 2016 (reason:slipping)
Gen 4 clutch installed January 2018 (reason: friction disc disintegrated, no clutch disengagement)

You can still configure the V6 and V6S with MT this side of the pond - If you could manage with a RH drive car that is?

Sure, anything is possible in the aftermarket......I didn't mean it was physically/technically impossible only that the odds of BMW doing it are extremely low. :-)
