Does Jaguar use anyone else besides W & W to ship to NA. I have had my VIN for the past month but my car never shows up on the tracking on W & W's website. I have tracked my other cars which always worked but this time the VIN is " NO RECORD"

any ideas??

and before someone says "contact the dealer" They have no idea and JLR offers nothing up as far as info.

Car is a Project 7 shipping to Halifax. I checked the schedule and the next boat(s) is set to sail on the 20th, then the 24th, then Nov 1st.

I'm pretty sure all the Canadian cars are with W&W and go through Hailfax.

Just do something else for a few days like vote for Justin.

My car came over to the States in a ship that I couldn't track on W&W. VIN always came back No Record. Hang in there!

I did remember I do have a contact at Customer service so I emailed him. Perhaps he can provide some info.

I emailed the plant at Castle Bromwich to inquiry if they had a tour program where I could see my vehicle on the production line. They have a tour program but cannot accommodate specific vin builds. I then politely asked if they could provide any production information on my vin and I was given the date it came out of paint and went to final inspection. After that I was able to track to Liverpool until it was loaded on board the ship. I lucked out with a person at the plant who was very helpful. That type of information dissemination is not part of their regular function.

West Coast US doesn't use W&W. Maybe Calgary gets west coast service?
