A cheap attempt at resolution would be to apply a few drops of a light oil to ALL the latches. That will assure that the mechanism(s) are providing enough travel that the car 'senses' that they are closed.

You need to lubricate the bonnet/hood latches, doors, and hatch/boot lid. Maybe, even the glovebox release...
