Default Drive Cycle Procedure?

Does anyone know what the complete drive cycle procedure is for the F-type? I have smog/registration due in 2 months and I seem to be having a bit of trouble getting one last monitor to show ready. I am using a icarsoft monitor and when I go into the obd2 monitor option it shows 0 fault codes, 7 passed, 1 not run. I think the one that hasn't been run is the catalyst efficiency monitor, but when I go deeper into the software, I can check both bank 1 and bank 2 catalysts and both show a pass. I don't exactly drive a lot and the car has been sitting for a while, so maybe I just need to put more cycles in, but I want to make sure I'm going about it the right way.

Here's a good video for CA (not JLR specific but same principle). Perhaps start with clearing the codes first with your icarsoft to see if that resets the "1 not run" then use the protocol. Let us know how your smog inspection went!
