What software are you using to tune? I would prefer a custom tune I have Eurocharged tune and pulley its a 2014 2wd lowered 1.2" with 315 R888 my girl drives it her best runs are 1/4 11.2 @ 126 mph, best 1/2 Ocala run was 153mph but the runway was horrible and the asphalt would crumble no traction under 40.

Thinking about removing cats to see what it picks up

John Behe at ASM in Hanover MD has cracked the torque limiting part of the ECU if you want to take any portion of your drive train to the limits..

Dude, how did you run an 11.2? It terms of ET you're leaps and bounds ahead of my 11.44 with similar modes. AND you're on a R888 - not an idea tire for the strip. Can you post up your slip or breakdown that pass for me?

As in, you'd need to be making 50-60 more HP then every other tune on the planet. Which is odd, because, I too was severely traction limited at my last 1/2 event as you were and was also trapping 153mph. That said, I could attribute that low ET to you somehow pulling a low 1.6x 60' - but the 126mph is pure HP...??

Anyway, as for what we're using for tuning - I don't know the details of it, it's done through Powerhaus in cherry hill

Unhingd - thanks for the heads up, brotha! We may have to get in touch with them....

That's a freak man - def seems like the '15 R has responded much better than my '14 did to ECU mods. Damn you By half track you're pulling me.

Either way, in quest for more speed - got some more goodies, the progressive kit has arrived.

So where do plan to plumb in the wet kit? I've run N2O on carb'd cars before but have no experience with a blower car..
Good luck with this build. I'll be following in spirit as I doubt I'll be modding mine

Updates......

Blower took a few days longer than expected to get back, I'm no porting expert - but looks pretty good to me. Bolted it back on and had to pull the car out for a show this weekend...so here are pics...dyno numbers coming this week!!

My Butt dyno says - pulling harder on the top end. Down low, eh, still feels like the ECU is limiting TQ - but we'll crack that too, prob with the help from the guy Unhingd's guy in MD if need be.

That looks great! Thanks so much for the pictures and for responding to my request for info via PM. Sorry, I've been traveling, so I haven't had time to get back to you.

By the way, did someone drop your blower?.....

If you do hook up with John Behe, let me know. I'll meet up with you over at ASM.After I get back from the Lobster Run, I'll have him install and tune for the lower pulley. Looking for a flatter torque curve as well (but already quite nice).

Sure thing, I'll definitely let you know. Either way - would be nice to get the mid-atlantic owners together at some point this Summer.

I would agree hopefully we can get together some point this summer. It would be fun and a good time to meet everyone and talk.

Jay,

Just checking in to see if you had any updates on the build? I've also reached out to PowerHaus to see if they can help me with a dyno possible tune/pulley. I reached out to John Behe at ASM twice now without a response. I'm also seeing if Stuart at Velocity gets a 3.0 in his shop to finalize his tune. I've found a bunch of speed shops up by me, but would rather work with someone that folks on the forums are using and trust their work. Let us know when you plan on taking the car to Atco.
