Default Engine Guard / under tray

Is the Engine guard / Under tray the same part on all models?

More specifically does anyone know if there is a difference between the tray for the R Coupe and the SVR Coupe?

The reason for asking is that I propose to fit an SVR front bumper assembly on my 2014 R Coupe!

If they are both AWD, they are the same.

Mine is a 2015 M/Y R Coupe hence only RWD. Will I have any issues fitting the SVR front bumper assembly in respect of the under tray, or anything else for that matter?

Just got this from UK Forum. This guy is fitting an SVR front to a 2WD F-Type

Not correct as I have a 2wd and alignment is perfect, or out another way I can't see anything and would expect the difference to be in crease lines where they blend from bonnet centre to bumper.

Now granted that doesn't mean much as manufacturers change profiles to differentiate, so different markets model years and designations may change the fit.

For future reference here's my V6S undertray next to the SVR that is now fitted. Aside the leading edge profile which is completely different the rest is identical in profile. Every crease, curve and fixing mates perfectly.
Seems to me that man early 2WD is the same as a current SVR

One difference is the extra cooling on the SVR which aligns to the aux rad

Unless you are racing, you might consider ditching the undertray.

I removed mine, along with the engine cover and drilled out the hood vents... lots of heat pours up through those vents now.

With that panel removed you may be reducing the airflow through the radiator and compromising the aerodynamics. I'd think twice before tossing that.

Two years now and all good. I seem to recall that Jaguar left it off the XKRS as well, from the factory.

Default Not a good idea to leave undertray off

I cannot even contemplate why you'd leave the undertray off a performance car
It's key to airflow under the car which affect stability, mpg and more
its structural to the bumper and wheel arch liners keeping the whole thing stable
it keeps road debris and dirt off vulnerable parts Inc the aux rad.
it's almost certain to impede cooling as the airflow ifs carefully balanced including the low pressure area under the car pulling tensor down and out

Im sure drives just fine and none of the above is noticed, but not how designed and achieving nothing
