Default Exhaust vacuum pump delete

Hey all, as anyone with an early F-Type decided to delete their exhaust vacuum pump.
I have attached the Jaguar TB as reference.

Just pull the rubber tubes to the exhaust valves

You're missing the point. The vacuum pump is by Jaguar's own admission a bad design. It's heavy, noisy and basically serves no purpose above what a direct line can achieve.

Can I ask if you're getting this TSB performed by Jaguar or by an Independent? Always curious to see how much it costs ballpark etc.

I'm still undecided on either doing it myself or having Jaguar do it.

I'm in the same boat. I have a 2014 v6s but am also afraid the jaguar technicians will reduce the volume of my exhaust with an automatic software update.

Whatever you decide Goodluck!
