Default F-Pace front Grill for F-Type

I have a 2015 F-Type R. I do not care for the split front grill with the push bar and would like to change to the P-7 front grill look. I see many aftermarkets that are sold but the quality is questionable.

Question: Will an OEM F-Pace front grill work as a replacement for my F-Type grill? If it can, would I need the same year or can that very a bit?

thanks in advance,

@Laika I would suggest doing some searching on these forums, this topic has been discussed at great length, including all the options. The short answer however is yes you can pair an aftermarket CF surround you could purchase from ebay or aliexpress with an e-pace mesh grill, with some modification to create a P7 style replacement grill. 2019-2014 all use the same basic grill structure. Hit that search button, there are a TON of threads on this, that will walk you through, step by step.

@Laika Reading through the forum will show you many different ways to do the modification. However, because you mentioned the e-pace grill I will stick to just this one. The e-pace grill has to be cut and fitted to your existing framework and this is all by you. In addition, the parking sensors have to be fitted and you will need to reattach two clips at the top of the grill which I can't remember what they are called right this second. And the final thing, don't forget to buy a new surround. The current one you have has 2 indentations for the crash bar and those are not on the project 7 grill. I wish you luck with this.. I am about to try another route of doing this myself, so if I figure it out, i'll let you know.

The E-Pace grill can be adapted with a little trimming/drilling and a new surround.

As mentioned earlier, the E-Pace grill will fit with some minor modifications, not the F-Pace.
