Default F-Type Carbon Engine Bay Kit

I wanted to setup a separate thread for an Official release of the engine bay carbon packages. I will continue to post data and updates on the other products in the Carbon Feeler thread. Engine covers are up next.

The Engine Bay Upper panel kit fits all 2007-2015 XK / XKR. All 20014-2016 F-Types.

The Radiator Cover fits all models 2007-2015 XK/XKR. All F-Type Non-AWD.

Details:
All made in the U.S.A and Fricken awesome quality.
These are Cytec VTM FRB 2x2 Carbon. A very high quality, nice consistent weave and clear based resin system. A total 3-Plys of nothing but carbon. No filler material. The polished appearance is how these come straight out of the molds. If you need even more gloss, you can clear or I can quote clear coating, if you desire. If you desire a matte finish, I will get pricing for that as well.

Radiator cover: $750$
Upper left and right cover: $475 each.

Kit price total: $1700 Retail.

Package deal on the top two panels: $850

3-Piece Forum members price : $1600 *first 10 sets sold at this price*

Please specify UK or US based car as the trim out for each piece varies.

Contact me via PM if you are interested.

I have the factory carbon engine cover on my car. How different is your weave to the oem?

I'll get an exact quote from Fedex/UPS/Postal too see the most economical for that distance. PM me your personal address.

Per what I have seen of the factory engine cover the weave is a clear resin 2x2 twill. This should match nicely. If you would like to take a high resolution photo to send or post, I'll make sure it matches yours.

Thanks.

I have my full set sitting in the garage. They look great. Now I just have to get them installed and take some pics.
Thanks Derek.

Get them installed?
It's a very simple DIY, you just remove the "plugs" (the round things with a hatch shape on top), lift off the old panel, place the new panel on, then reinsert the plugs.
To remove the plugs simply twist them counter-clockwise until they screw out of the mounts, then pull them and the mounts out. When putting them back on/in simply insert the mount part and push the "screw" down. They are like giant scrivets except much easier to remove.

Thanks for the compliments guys! We are excited with how these came out. Good quality tooling makes great quality parts.
We are working on the engine Louvered engine covers now.

As soon as the engine cover is complete we are finalizing the carbon induction.
