Default F Type Lease Deals

Hi Everyone:

Relatively new to the Forum. Looking at leasing a new F Type Base within the next few months. Ive been browsing around looking for deals ( I live in NJ) and haven't really found anything better than $579/MO with $4999 due at signing. I hear the key is to find a Dealership that works with US Bank on the lease portion prior to posting this. Looking for insights below on anyone that may live in New Jersey and has recently acquired an F Type and or if I've missed something in my research. Thank you everyone.

Check out the offers they have at hornburg LA, that's probably the best advertised in the nation. I don't think they ship, so you may just use them as a reference to how good a deal you can get.

I don't know about jags in New Jersey/nyc, but I know that for luxury brands in general, Manhattan has better offers.

FYI, I contacted them last summer and was told that they won't lease vehicles to out-of-state buyers.

Ftypefan, the 2018 will be arriving soon. I'm sure there will be incentives coming on the 2017. Yes, lease deals from US Bank on the base car can be surprisingly low. They give a very high residual value on that model.

A little patience and the right car/deal will come along. Check Prestige, Cherry Hill, Willow Grove. Willow Grove has one right now for $499/$4500, already better. Terms are flexible, you could put less (or nothing) down at a higher monthly payment and vice versa.

I see. This out of state leasing thing is hit or miss. The Orlando Florida dealer was OK with leasing to a Californian, so it feels like they either decide their own rules, or selectively follow Jaguar USA rules.

The bigger consideration is that some incentives are regional. That great deal on California may not translate if you are registering the car in NY. Some of these incentives may be back end that the consumer never sees.

Default Lease

Thank you all for the replies and messages. I will have to do more digging when I'm ready. I work close to cherry hill and have noticed some of the better deals in southern jersey but will keep the options open - hoping that prices continue to drop on 17 models as we progress throughout the year. Looking forward to joining the f type family soon. Thank you again

There is a huge thread on the leasehackr forums. I just leased mine Sunday from Hornburg, $1800 drive-off, $399/mo + tax, for base with climate package and wheel locks.

There are a couple people on leasehackr that beat that deal by a few hundred dollars... but I feel I did alright.

56711.57. And then there is a $2000 rebate from Jaguar that brings it lower.

36/10k

Found one in my area in the price range im looking for. Hoping someone can answer if J.P. Morgan chase financial asks for pay stubs or income verification. I am tier 1 -770 auto fico with a history of managing 30k line of credits - two prior leases and low utilization. Our bonus plan changed at my work so will be tough to prove what I plan to use when I do end up applying. I'm thinking with my strong credit background and previous auto history this shouldn't be a concern ?

I believe that if you have a previous lease/loan history and the rest of your credit file is clean then it's unlikely you will need to follow up with verification. I've never been asked for it. Maybe if I were leasing a McLaren...

Ditto, been leasing since the 80's. Never been asked to verify income.
