Default F type mods??

I'm sure this has been hit already in the forums but screw it! I just bought my 2015 F-Type R about a month ago and I am looking into doing some small mods to it, like maybe a wrap or a tune nothing too crazy. Just looking for some suggestions on what you guys what recommend for wrap color (if needed) I've been struggling with what color due to red insides and also recommendations on good performance tunes that don't really take away the stock feel when driving through the city. Thanks in advance!

I'm running Michelin Pilot S tires with Vossen wheels. Previous owner already slightly lowered it and added lower crank pully.

PS. If anyone is in SoCal (LA area) lets link up!

If the previous owner added a (presumably larger) lower/crank pulley then it's highly likely he also added an ECU tune such as VAP as there is no point adding just the pulley.
Not sure of the best way to check this but I would try the previous owner first but if that doesn't work out then maybe the nice gentlemen at VAP will agree to read your existing tune by "lending" you one of their V-Tech programming tools without any obligation to buy a tune?
Another thing you could try is to get a decent OBD2 code reader which is highly recommended anyway, as any non OEM ECU tune will flag the error code P167F - "non OEM calibration detected" even if that tune has since been flashed back to stock.

To the OP: What year is your car (suggest you put it in your signature)?

Since you're in CA, if there's any tune on the car, it's very possible that it won't pass smog. It's not for sure at this point since so few F-Types have done emissions, but there are a couple threads here on the issue and it's not something to take lightly.

In the first line of his post he says ".....my 2015 F-Type R..."

I'd actually work with what you have and add some more black, to start with. While it isnt to everyone's taste, I had the A and C pillars wrapped in black which really flattens out the roof line and gives it a more aggressive stance. Mine is red, but I'd have liked to work with a white car as the effect would have been more dramatic, like a db11

here you go, not sure whether you can tell but it flattens out the roofline and makes the car look a bit more aggressive. Pretty small job too, I had it done professionally and it cost a couple of hundred smackers.

Cheers, I think it works better with the DB11, but it came out very nicely on the F Type, it is the first thing I'd do it I bought a new f Type. Especially a white one!
