Default F Type real Weight?

Hi everyone, I have seen many conflicting reports of how much F types actually weigh! I have an F Type base Auto and I've been told that it weights 1575kg. i have also been told 1620kg. I saw on Wikipedia it says my V6 base weighs 1735! Does anyone know the cars true weight? thanks in advance

Will depend on options. My V6S fully optioned with a full tank of fuel weighs exactly 1727kg. If you want to know exactly what yours weighs, take it to a truck scale. Should cost less than $20.

They must be quoting a dry weight (no fuel or coolant).

There's a thread from a few years ago, where a number of guys (including Unhingd) weighed their cars on truck scales, and posted the results. I located a scale, but never got around to it.

Haven't put mine on the scales, but a similarly priced 2016 F Type R AWD tested by Car And Driver measured at 4088lbs or 1856kg.

yep think your right there. the official jag number is 1577kg (unspecified weather CURB or DRY) Also you are defiantly on the money with the options affecting weight, I bet our Glass Panoramic roofs and full electric seats give a substantial weight gain over a completely basic F car.
