They are all assembled at the Castle Bromwich factory in Birmingham UK, see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Bromwich_Assembly
The engines are built in other factories, the V6 and V8 are built by Ford at Bridgend in South Wales and the 2.0 petrol Ingenium engine is built in the newish plant near Wolverhampton in the UK.
The gearboxes are sourced from ZF and are built I guess in Germany, and other components are made and sourced from all over the globe.

The V6 and V8, built by Ford, seen an article where is said somewhere the 2.0 is from the Ford ST line, don't know about that.

The Ingenium range (of which the 2.0 is a part of) is all Jaguar's design, designed from scratch.

The contract with Ford to build the engines is already slated to conclude in September of 2020. Here's the article.
Concerns mount over future of Bridgend Ford jobs as JLR cancels engine contract earlier than expected

But if you also take into consideration that JLR is looking at acquiring an upscale luxury brand with perhaps their own engines then the future may still be bright.
