Well.......now that the Amalfi is out, all I can say is that it looks like a F Type knockoff to me. Correction....and F Type with a tuned engine up to 630 hp.
At 280,000, I can't see purchasing that.
That is all.

Wow, does it ever look like the F-type. Looks quite nice. I like it better than the Roma.
Of course it looks good…the profile is a direct copy of Callum’s F-Type design. Imitation is the highest compliment.
So, anyone in doubt that the F-Type will be a future classic?
Well it's basically just a Roma with a facelift and some kind of EV like front. The side profile and rear of the Roma were always similar to the F-Type but I wouldn't say it's an F-Type design knock off and it's not the only car with a similar design. The current Aston Vantage also comes to mind and if I was spending that kind of money on a new car I'd easily take the Vantage over the Roma/Amalfi.
Just caught up on this, wow does that look like to me like the F Type was their starting point in body design. The listed stats are similar to the R as well. Car and Driver lists 0-60 in the low 3 second range with a top speed of 199mph.
Not to be partisan, but take the F type and you get both...
The more I look at it, I personally am not finding it all that “beautiful”. I can sincerely say that I prefer the design of the F-type and Vantage. There’s a car for everyone I guess.
The profile does indeed resemble the F-Type. I don't care for the front-end treatment at all, which IMHO doesn't look like an F-Type (it has that stupid EV treatment. F-Type is much better looking). The 488 was the last Ferrari shape/design I've liked. Seems like most car manufacturers have gotten way too chiseled, angular and pointy. It's why I've kept my 360 for so long - beautiful, rounded shapes.
