The Jag fire extinguisher is supposed to mount under the front of the passenger seat, I believe. Or maybe it's the driver's seat.

Is this the correct part number for the F Type bracket,

Fire Extinguisher Mounting Bracket - C2S35864 - Genuine Jaguar.

Also, can someone please let us know for the fire extinguisher.
Thank you.

Thanks,

I thought only the Performance seat was available on the '16R. The Sport seat came standard on the V6 models.

This seems to have gone a little sideways...in part by me...in that I have Performance seats, not sport seats.
My question was w/o/n anyone had tried the"Bracketeer" bracket.
Any takers ?
Alan

I now have the answer to my question.
I have now tried the Bracketeer bracket.
I goes on the lower seat rail. You get a powder coated and high quality set of fasteners.
I had to flatten/reduce the cant on the fire extinguisher attachment bars somewhat.
All good "passed inspection" at the PCA DE event today and tomorrow.
The factory mount attaches to the seat....thus the extinguisher can go in and out, the full length of the seat adjustment. With the Bracketeer the forward motion of the seat adjustment is hindered at about the forward distance desired by a severely inseam challenged passenger.....or someone who wanted to hang their entire wardrobe behind the seat without a passenger.
For me, fair value and4 day shipping to my door...$69.

resurrecting an old thread: bracket H is used for mounting the extinguisher in the trunk of the X-type sedan, or the rear storage compartment of the estate.
