...and it didn't melt! Can't say it was never driven in the rain now,lol.
No rain here but rain there...obviously the Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley area gets lots more rain than we do being further north.

Drove to Canepa's for their first C&C event of the year, couldn't drive the '28 roadster with no top so cruised on over and was surprised to see a Black V8 'vert...was that yours Jay?

Got home none the worse for wear, I did see a bar-coded sticker with the words Polaris White fall off the front inner fender though...lol.

 

There was an inch of snow in Chicago this morning and my R did fine. A little bit of slip here and there but the AWD pulled through like a champ. Can't wait to put some snow tires on this thing and drive through a real Chicago-style blizzard next winter!.....that'll be fun. Some of you West Coast guys and your fear of a little rain is quite amusing.

 

Mine gets driven in the rain regularly, no it hasn't melted, leaked or rusted yet, does get dirty though. Regular waxing is important.
