Default Foot well air vent?

Does our car have air vents in the foot well area? I love blasting warm air at my feet, it warms up my whole body quickly without drying out my face, but I don't really feel anything down there. I have tried both auto and manual, and made sure in the setting the leg pointing vents are active.

Refer to your owner's manual, the process is described there.
