I know this is off topic.

Jaguar flew me to Montreal to spend the weekend at the Formula E races. It was a great time, had a tour of the pits and garages and was able to spend a fair amount of time with the team and learned a lot ablout the cars and race.
I have included some pictures.

The New I Pace

 

Given how all the big manufacturers are headed to formula E and giving up on LMPT class cars Jags gotten a good start.

 

Jaguar and Williams only had 3 months to prepare their car before the season started. They were hoping for a middle of the pack finish this year.

One of their engineers told me that next year will be much improved.

 

On a side note, how many hundreds of thousands of dollars would I need to spend on buying new limited edition Jaguar model products, before JLRNA would fly me out to an event like this?
And when are you going to buy one of their year-old E-Racers for exclusive track days?

I would love to buy a used Formula E car, however the maintanence is very high tech. Lots of computer guys in the pits. You just can't plug into a supercharger and go with this car.
