Heat or cool

Ok set temp to 72. A/c and auto on. Heat will run but after about 25 minutes cold air blows out of the vents and I need to shut down fans to stop it. Any ideas? Dealer says system is ok

Whats the temperature out side when that happens?

Sun shining into car will raise temp above setting and AUTO will turn on AC.
Just turn off AUTO.

Sometimes I switch the A/C off but leave the rest of the settings alone. The system does what it can but there's a lot of glass and a small volume so it sometimes goes back and forth a bit too much.
